• Persons using and purchasing any apparel perfume, attar, scented candles or car fragrances are considered to be well aware of the ingredients as mentioned for recognising allergen or reactive possibilities.
• All products are made from natural ingredients, however, processed and mixed with agents to make them usable in various forms therefore, careful handling, mindful usage and cautious conducts become a responsibility on the part of the user. Iyan Aromatics will not be responsible for any damages, injury or discomfort caused on account of the user’s misconducts, negligence or mishandling.
• All products showcased on the website are marketed by Iyan Aromatics.
• All products contain naturally occurring substances hence have an expiry date associated to them and shall not be used beyond such date.
• All perfumes sold at Iyanaromatics.com are Apparel Perfumes only.
• Every product may have different effect on different people as the substances of nature and its effects depend and differ from person to person, therefore, patch test is necessary. By purchasing from this site, it is considered that the person/customer shall either conduct a patch test (apply a little amount of product on the edge of the sleeve of any shirt or t-shirt and leave for a day, if no discomfort arises, continue usage) or has already conducted such. In case the user finds the product causing them discomfort, they shall discontinue usage. Iyan Aromatics is not responsible for any possible discomfort, hence, it is upon the user to be a cautious consumer. For the purpose of this, every user is suggested to purchase samples before investing in products they are trying for the first time.
• The products are perishable, hence, shall be kept in a cool, dry and clean place, away from direct sunlight.
• All prices mentioned on this website are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of delivery and COD charges, if applicable.
• After placing an order with Iyan Aromatics, you shall receive an email confirming order, which shall serve as the ultimate confirmation of order being places.
• Order shall be delivered to you within 5-7 days of placing the order. However, in certain special circumstances, the order may get delayed upto 15 days, this should not dilute the obligation of the person ordering to pay for the order.
• Our liability ceases to exist once the order is handed over to the courier company.
• Even though the packing is done under strict supervision, we are not responsible for any breakage, loss, theft while in transit.
• Once after dispatching the order, an order ID shall be provided, using which you can track the status of your order on the courier service company’s website.
• There is sometimes a possibility of extra charges, which shall be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.
